Delivery

Very important DELIVERY RATES QUOTED BELOW ARE FOR THE UK ONLY.

Packages are sent out Monday to Friday using Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Usually this will mean that orders placed by 1p.m on a working day will be received the following day. All weekend orders will be sent on a Monday unless in is a Bank Holiday.

Proof of postage is always obtained in the unlikely event that a parcel goes astray.

Large orders are sent via courier and can take 48 working hours.

The basic delivery charge is £2.95 for the first item.

Full Postal Rates UNITED KINGDOM

£0.01 – £9.99 = £2.95 p&p

£10.00 – £16.99 = £4.95 p&p

£17.00 – £24.99 = £5.95 p&p

£25.00 – £34.99 = £6.95 p&p

£35.00 – and over = £9.95 by courier

Packaging

Your parcel will be sent in a strong cardboard box to protect the contents. We also use bubble wrap for extra protection. Where possible we may use recycled packing materials. It seems wrong to throw away perfectly good materials that goods are sent to us in. So where we can we do our bit for the environment, whilst at the same time it helps us to keep our postage & packing pricing down. Every little helps!

International Delivery Outside of the United Kingdom

We would be happy to quote a delivery price if you live outside of the united Kingdom. Please email admin@best-hand-cream.com for assistance.

Guarantee

We want you to be happy with the products that you buy from us. If you are unhappy for whatever reason please return the item for a refund of the product cost within 30 days. We regret that no postal charges are refundable.
